My mum was treated at the coronary care unit and i could not fault the care she received. I would personally like to thank Isabel (staff nurse) who was responsible for monitoring my mother’s condition. She was compassionate, kind, informative, thorough and went over and above her role. I want her to be recognised for the genuine care she provided. If you read this Isabel, you are amazing and I hope there are many more nurses who possess your skills and compassion and have the privilege to work alongside you so that they are able to be inspired by your passion for nursing.
A great hospital that offers a wonderful service with very friendly, helpful staff who do their jobs well. The canteen provides lovely food. However, it's a bit pricey, and they run out of certain food products too quickly, such as potatoes and green vegetables. Best to have lots of extra supplies just incase to prevent disappointed customers.

Free parking! So rare nowadays. Not a big hospital anyway, in comparison with its own self before the big renovation/rebuild. The building is now bright and spacious but then there aren't may departments I guess.
Finchley Memorial Hospital. Although significantly smaller in size compared to Barnet Hospital, it would be an insult to call this unit a walk-in centre. I always get adequate treatment and support at this super efficient Hospital within an hour and half. Whenever my GP needs to make a referral for me, I always ask for Finchley Memorial if the service required is available there. Furthermore, Finchley Memorial has a fantastic beautiful well maintained green park with benches. Massive car park and it is free for up to 3 hours for patients and visitors.

I found this Hospital and all the staff to be exceptionally good. Nothing seemed to be a problem and they couldn't do enough for you. It's nice to have a meaningful chat with them at different stages as it relaxes you no end. The blonde receptionist was bright and cheery and the endoscopy was really not bad at all - the advice to breathe through the nose was spot on and i decided to give the sedative a miss as i was very relaxed. The lovely black girl - forget her name - was great to me getting me a few cups of coffee and biscuits which i really enjoyed after the fasting. The Doctor, Dr Alisa had travelled a long way in heavy traffic and never complained. The CT abdomen scan was a breeze, again great staff. All in all - a top class experience. Very modern, the hospital and almost new i was told and what a great place !!
Lovely and competent as well as respectful staff. Thank you ❣
